Context
NFTfi, a peer-to-peer lending platform for NFT-backed loans, partnered with Fabrica, a platform enabling tokenized real estate ownership on the blockchain, to introduce a new Web3 use case: using real-world land as collateral for blockchain-based loans. They needed a motion-graphics video to clearly explain this partnership and its value to a Web3 audience.

What Was needed
The team needed a fast, visually engaging video designed for Twitter that could explain a complex decentralized finance concept — real estate-backed loans — in a clear and accessible way. With no voice-over, the video had to rely entirely on motion, text, and music to communicate the message.

The Work I Did
I worked as the motion designer and editor, building a fully animated video based on a written script provided by the team. I created a storyboard to define the flow, pacing, and transitions, ensuring the visuals alone could clearly explain the partnership and its benefits. I collaborated closely with the partnerships marketing lead to align the messaging and visual tone across both brands. From there, I designed and animated bold, dynamic motion graphics, keeping the pacing tight and the narrative easy to follow, while integrating music to support the rhythm and clarity of the piece.

Outcome
The final motion-graphics video clearly introduced the NFTfi + Fabrica integration, and its real estate–backed lending use case in a fast, engaging format optimized for Twitter. The piece made a complex Web3 concept feel accessible and visually compelling, successfully communicating the partnership through motion, text, and music alone.
