Context
A crypto routing product focused on optimizing trade execution across Arbitrum, Base, and Ethereum needed a motion graphics explainer to communicate its core value proposition. The product aimed to highlight fast routing, MEV-free execution, and access to deep liquidity for crypto-native users. The platform was ultimately never launched, so the logo and name were later changed to allow the work to be shared publicly.

What Was needed
The team needed a bold, streamlined explainer that could communicate the product’s strengths without a voiceover. The video had to rely entirely on sharp visuals, bold typography, and dynamic motion to explain complex DeFi concepts clearly and quickly, while appealing to performance-focused users. The final piece was intended for Twitter, where clarity, pacing, and immediacy were critical.

The work I did
Working from a provided script, I developed a storyboard to define the flow, pacing, and transitions of the piece. Since there was no voiceover, I focused on translating the script into clear, visually driven storytelling through motion, typography, and layout. I designed and animated each scene using a clean, minimal visual style, keeping the messaging sharp and direct. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with the product marketing lead and the social media manager, integrating feedback quickly to meet a tight timeline and ensure the video was optimized for social distribution.

Outcome
The final video delivered a concise, motion-driven explainer that clearly communicated the product’s value through visuals alone. Although the product was never launched due to internal issues, the video successfully demonstrated how complex routing and liquidity concepts could be communicated in a fast, accessible format. To preserve confidentiality and make the work shareable, I later updated the branding myself while keeping the original structure and storytelling intact.
