What Was Needed
The team needed a reliable, fast-turnaround edit that could turn weekly recordings into short, engaging recap videos. The content had to balance education and hype — combining headlines, charts, and visuals in a way that felt accessible, energetic, and on-brand while maintaining a tight turnaround for weekly publishing.

The Work I Did
Each episode started with raw footage and a rough outline of the week’s highlights. I handled full post-production, including editing, audio cleanup, pacing, color grading, and the integration of supporting visuals such as charts, screenshots, and news overlays. To support the weekly cadence, I built a base layout system that streamlined production while allowing flexibility to adapt visuals depending on the content of each episode. I also created branded intros and outros, designed thumbnails for selected episodes, and managed YouTube uploading and scheduling. Footage was typically received on Thursdays, with final videos edited, published, and live by Friday.

Outcome
The result was a consistent weekly news recap series that delivered fast, clear, and engaging Web3 updates in a compact format. The videos helped educate and energize viewers, keeping them informed on crypto news without overwhelming them, while establishing a recognizable and repeatable video format for the channel.
